Yay! Finally am able to blog about my Christmas Eve. After more than a whole month!

Christmas Eve with Hiks @ Home (24th December, 2009)

Wagyu tataki that Hikaru made from scratch! Good to have an ex-chef for a boyfriend ;p

Oyster mushroom & spinash soup!

The rose tomato on salad. Inspired by one of the Heroes episode Hikaru watched, haha. So cool though!!

Our main course. See that skewer there? Absolutely AMAZING. Enoki mushroom wrapped in bacon. Soooo goood *burrp*

And to top it all off, I baked chocolate & vanilla cupcakes

A feast fit for a king… and queen ;p

After our bellies stuffed silly, it was movie time! Picked up a new DVD release; Coraline in 3-D! Yes, those glasses are ghetto.. wished they sold the copies with the non-greenred 3-D effect. That’s be waaay cooler.

A rather dark children’s movie. Sightly eerie.

At sharp midnight, PRESENT TIME!! That self-wrapped gift held a nice leather belt & a nice leather man-bag

I also put together a framed picture collage of us And a little poem I mustered up for the occasion.

I had a big pressie too!

But I would never had guess what it held—

EEEEK! And they said the best presents come in small packages. Hehe. I wondered if he knew I loved opening big presents..
